Hello and welcome! My name is Mrs. Gorey, I am one of the 7th grade school counselors. I will be working with students with the last names that begin with M-Z. I am looking forward to continuing supporting students through their middle school journey. Going into my 17th year as a school counselor, I have gained a wealth of experience in fostering academic success, emotional well-being, and personal growth among middle school students. I believe in creating a supportive and nurturing environment where every student feels empowered to reach their full potential.
Additionally, I will be available to meet with students individually to discuss academic goals, personal development, social skills, and any concerns they may have. My office is a safe space where they can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings.
