HMS 5 Day In-Person Survey:
Hicksville Middle School is offering the opportunity for students to return to in-person 5-day a week instruction. If you are interested in changing your child’s current delivery of instruction from remote or hybrid (2 days a week) to five days in-person instruction, please respond to a brief survey using the link below no later than Tuesday, February 23rd. This commitment will be in place through the end of the school year.
Five day in-person instruction will begin on Monday March 8, 2021 for those who respond to this survey.
If you do not want to change the delivery of instruction (remote or hybrid 2 days a week) please do not respond to this survey.
