  • To contact the Hicksville Middle School Main Office, please call (516) 733-2261. This line provides access to a directory for reaching various departments, including the health office, guidance, and assistant principals.

  • Student report cards, grades, attendance information, and other academic records are available through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Parents and guardians can create an account by visiting the Parent Portal and using the Access ID and Access Password provided by the school. If you need assistance creating an account or obtaining your access information, please contact your child's school office.

  • Beyond receiving report cards and progress reports, you might find it helpful to speak directly with your child's teachers. Each day, the teaching teams have a shared planning period specifically available for parent meetings. To schedule an appointment, please contact the Guidance Office at 733-2275. For matters regarding teachers in other subject areas, you can reach the Main Office at 733-2261 to request a return call or to set up an in-person meeting if a phone discussion is insufficient.

  • The Middle School has a wide array of clubs and activities available to students.  A virtual club fair is available to all students through the Hicksville Happenings Google Classroom, where they can review information about each club.  We encourage all of our students to participate in our various clubs and organizations.  In addition, the middle school has interscholastic athletics available for students in 7th and 8th grade.

  • We have many support staff in the building, including Social Workers, Psychologists and School Counselors. You can start by calling the Hicksville Middle School Guidance Office at (516) 733-2275 and a member of our support staff will speak with you and develop a plan to address your concerns. Students are always welcome to seek out assistance on their own throughout the school day.

  • Extra help schedules are posted in Google Classroom for students. In addition, the extra help schedule is posted to the district website.
